Ageism - Actions, rules & ideas that give middle-age adults more power than older adults and children.
Elders laid the path for social change so we can make an impact today. They know how to cultivate change that has been nurtured over decades and centuries.
Listening to them it makes it easier for us to replicate their successes and avoid repeating their mistakes.
If we don't care about an issue, we won't take action. Kids have the right to choose curiosity-provoking resources that connect with our values and abilities.
Process with adults who are willing to be honest and challenge our assumptions.

Use this interactive map to find a Village to Village Network local to you. Many of these aging-in-place groups organize creative inter-generational community mutual aid projects.
For example, my community has 'Storm Squads' for phone check-ins during disastrous weather. Others connect residents with older adults who volunteer to repair small appliances for free.
